We are at 8388 Capstan Way #1423, Richmond, BC V6X 4A7, in the Capstan Village area of Richmond just off No. 3 Road. The shop is a short drive or walk from Aberdeen Centre.

What are your opening hours?

Tuesday to Friday we serve lunch from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM and dinner from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Saturday and Sunday lunch starts earlier, at 11:00 AM, with the same 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM dinner service. We are closed on Mondays. Holiday hours are announced on our News page.

Is there parking?

There is a free parking lot at 8388 Capstan Way, shared with the rest of the building. Guests often mention it fills up at peak lunch and dinner times, so allow a few extra minutes on weekends.

Do you have vegan ramen?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our Vegan Ramen is built on a mushroom and kombu dashi with spinach noodles, shiitake, spinach, bean sprouts, kikurage and carrot, with no pork or chicken in the broth. Seaweed salad, veggie mountain and several plant-based toppings are also available.

What is Yokohama Iekei ramen?

Iekei ramen began in Yokohama in 1974. It combines Hakata-style tonkotsu with Tokyo-style chicken broth, finished with house-made shoyu and chicken oil. The result is thicker and more savoury than a standard tonkotsu or shoyu bowl. It is the style we have served since our first Tokyo shop.

Can I customise my bowl?

Yes. You can choose noodle firmness, broth strength and the amount of chicken oil, then add toppings such as chashu, flavoured egg, seaweed or bamboo shoots. Our Build Your Ramen page walks through every option with current dine-in prices.

Do you offer delivery or takeout?

You can order Yah-Yah-Ya for delivery or pickup through Uber Eats, DoorDash and Fantuan. Links to all three are in the footer of every page.

Do you take reservations?

Accepted Answer

We are walk-in only and do not take reservations. Lunch and early dinner are usually the quietest times — at peak hours there may be a short line.

During busy peak hours we ask for a minimum of $8 per person. Outside food and drink are not permitted.
